2. Why are newly placed COD orders marked as Pending?
For COD orders or pending bank transfers, the referral is held in Pendingstatus. Only after the order is successfully delivered, paid in full (Completed), and passes the 7-day return period does it move to Unpaid for payout.
3. Do I earn a commission if I buy through my own referral link?
No. Our system automatically blocks self-referrals when the buyer matches the Partner's account, email, shipping phone number, or device IP.
4. When will I receive my commission payout?
Lym reconciles balances at the beginning of each month and processes bank transfers between the 5th and 10th for accounts with an approved Unpaid balance (Unpaid) of at least 200.000₫.
