1. Return Eligibility and Window (07 Days)
Lym offers a free replacement or 100% refund within 07 days of receiving your order in the following cases:
- Products damaged, dented, broken, or leaking during transit.
- Wrong product, wrong variant/packaging, or missing quantity compared to your order.
- Manufacturing quality defects or expiry dates shorter than Lym's shelf-life commitment.
2. Refund Process
Once Lym's warehouse receives and verifies the returned item, a 100% refund will be transferred to your bank account within 03 – 05 business days.
